1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how ProspectMap may collect, use and protect information when people use the public website and ProspectMap service. The exact controller identity, registered address, contact details, subprocessors and retention periods must be completed before publication.
2. Account and service data
The service may process account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan or billing status, usage records, preferences and support communications. This information is used to provide the service, secure accounts, respond to requests and administer subscriptions.
3. Prospect and business information
ProspectMap is designed to help users discover and organise publicly available business information. Depending on the configured sources, records may include company names, public websites, public social profiles, publicly listed business contact details, locations and other business-facing information. Users are responsible for using prospect information lawfully and respecting applicable direct-marketing rules.
4. Imported data
Users may upload CSV or XLSX files containing their own prospect data. ProspectMap processes imported data to provide CRM, organisation, research and workflow features. Users should only upload information they are permitted to process.
5. AI-assisted features
Some features may use AI models to summarise public business context, generate opportunity suggestions or draft outreach. AI-generated material can be incorrect and should be reviewed by the user. Observed source information and generated suggestions should remain distinguishable in the interface.
7. Retention and security
Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. Production retention periods and deletion workflows should be documented once the operational configuration is final.
8. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to request data portability. The final policy should provide the verified contact method for submitting privacy requests.
9. Contact
Before launch, add the legal entity operating ProspectMap, its registered address, privacy contact email and, where applicable, supervisory authority information.
