Draft for legal review. Corporate identity, contact details, final subprocessors, billing terms and jurisdiction-specific clauses were not supplied with the design brief. Do not publish this legal text unchanged.

1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of ProspectMap. The production version must identify the legal entity providing the service, the applicable governing law, business address and contact details before publication.

2. The service

ProspectMap provides tools for business discovery, qualification, research, CRM organisation, imports, tasks and AI-assisted outreach. Features, data sources and usage limits may vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials and activity carried out through their accounts. Access may be restricted where there is suspected abuse, security risk or violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

Users must use ProspectMap lawfully. The service must not be used for unlawful scraping, harassment, spam, deceptive messaging, unlawful discrimination, credential abuse, security attacks, or processing information in a way that violates applicable privacy or marketing law.

5. Prospect data and user responsibility

ProspectMap can surface publicly available business information and can process data uploaded by users. Availability of information does not by itself determine whether a particular outreach activity is lawful. Users remain responsible for their purpose, messages, legal basis where required, opt-outs and compliance with local direct-marketing rules.

6. AI and opportunity signals

Opportunity scores, summaries and generated outreach are decision-support features. They are not guarantees that a business will buy a service, and generated content should be reviewed before use.

7. Plans, billing and credits

Paid plans may include usage limits, credits or feature allowances. The final Terms should specify billing frequency, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refunds and the payment processor used in production.

8. Availability and changes

ProspectMap may improve, modify or discontinue features. Reasonable efforts should be made to maintain service availability, but uninterrupted operation cannot be guaranteed.

9. Disclaimers and liability

This section requires jurisdiction-specific legal drafting. Before launch, obtain legal review for warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute-resolution language.

10. Contact

Add the verified legal entity and contact method for contractual notices before publication.
